主持项目情况:

碲基薄膜光电探测器的范德华外延制备及多场调控研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目(2022.01-2025.12)在研


学术成果

研究领域包括:窄禁带半导体碲镉汞(MCT),红外焦平面探测器材料与器件,分子束外延(MBE)技术,先进半导体电子/光电子器件工艺与物理。经过10多年的研究,建立了原子级平整表面、高性能晶圆碲镉汞材料的批量制备能力;实现了焦平面探测器研制应用;是目前国内唯一能实现晶圆级MCT制备,并持续提升尺寸性能的高校单位。在Adv. Sci., Small, Adv. Opt. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A, Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt. Lett., Phy. Rev. B, ACS Appl. Nano (Electron.) Mater.等国际著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇。申请专利8项,授权6项。研究成果已被Chem. Rev., Adv. Mater., Nano Today, NPG Asia Mater., Small Method, AFM, AOM, PRB, APL等期刊引用1600余次,个人H因子为24。主持并完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院知识创新项目与博士后基金(一等)等多项课题,参与了国家重点研发计划(纳米前言)专项课题项目(1项)和多项国家自然科学基金项目(6项)等课题研究。
