个人简介

2004年3月在中国科学院上海技术物理研究所获“微电子学与固体电子学”理学博士学位,导师褚君浩院士。2004年3月至2007年2月分别在美国佐治亚州州立大学(Georgia State University)和德国海德堡大学(University of Heidelberg)从事博士后研究工作。2007年4月-2019年6月任5357cc拉斯维加斯信息科学技术学院教授、博士生导师;2019年7月至今任5357cc拉斯维加斯5357cc拉斯维加斯教授、博士生导师,上海市极化材料多功能磁光光谱公共技术服务平台负责人。在Small、PRApp、PRB及APL等国际应用物理与材料顶级学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文200多篇(其中影响因子5.0以上有80多篇),他引1200多次。应邀出版国际英文学术专著章节5章。主持并完成科技部国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金项目以及上海市科委/教委重点项目等十多项科研课题。
